Cancellation & Modification Policy for WhitBits Cookies
Effective Date: May 7, 2025

At WhitBits Cookies, every order is baked fresh and made-to-order. To ensure the best quality and planning, we have the following cancellation & modification policy in place:

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the pickup date will not be eligible for a refund, as ingredients and prep time may already be in progress

Order Modifications

  • You may modify your order up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time.

  • Once the preparation of your order has started, no changes, modifications or cancellations can be made

Custom or Large Orders

For custom or large orders (over $100), we may require more notice depending on the complexity and quantity. Please refer to any specific terms discussed at the time of ordering.
