Terms of Service for WhitBits Cookies

Welcome to WhitBits Cookies! These Terms of Service(“Terms”) govern your access and use of our products and services, whether ordered online, through social media, or in person. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Order Policy

  • All products are made to order and subject to availability.

  • Orders must be placed by the deadlines communicated on our website or social media.

  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate information for pick up/delivery, including name, contact info, and any customizations.

  • All orders require full payment at the time order is placed

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time ordering unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • We accept Square and PayPal

  • Prices are subject to change without notice but will be confirmed at the time of your order.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before your scheduled pick up/delivery time.

  • Cancellations made after this window are not eligible for a refund.

4. Return & Refund Policy

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

  • If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged to the point the cookie is not edible, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo and description of the issue.

5. Pickup & Delivery

  • Pickup times will be scheduled in advance and must be honored to ensure product freshness.

  • If delivery is available, it may be subject to additional fees and limited to certain locations.

  • We are not responsible for orders not picked up on time or for incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

6. Allergy Disclaimer

  • Our cookies are made in a home kitchen where common allergens are present, including dairy, eggs, wheat, peanut and tree nuts.

  • We cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. Please notify us of any allergies before ordering.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including photos, logs, designs, and product names, are property of WhitBits Cookies and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • WhitBits Cookies is not liable for any damages, loss, or health issues resulting from the use or consumption of our products, beyond the amount paid for the order.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. By ordering from us, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Florida courts for any disputes.
