At WhitBits Cookies, each cookies is handmade with care, love, and quality ingredients. Because our products are perishable and custom-made, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges.

Due to the nature of our products:
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any orders once they have been placed. 
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We want you to enjoy your cookies! If there is a rare issue with your cookie order-such as receiving the wrong item or a product arriving damaged-please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- A detailed description of the issue 
- Clear photos of the item(s) in question 
We will review each case individually and work with you to find a fair solution.
