  • Yes. All full-size cookies are individually wrapped.

  • Yes. Packaging and portions are designed to be department-friendly and easy to distribute in break rooms, nurse stations and staff areas.

  • Deliveries are made once per week on a consistent day. Weekly delivery ensures freshness while supporting reliable scheduling.

  • Yes. All Care Team subscriptions require a minimum 4-week commitment.

  • We offer preferred delivery windows, which can be noted on the intake form. While exact times cannot be guaranteed, we do our best to accommodate department needs.

  • We can note allergies and restrictions on your intake form; however, all cookies are baked in a kitchen that handles common allergens.

  • To maintain quality and reliability, Care Team subscriptions are limited each week.Availability is confirmed after intake form submission and invoice payment.
