  • Delivery days are assigned based on availability and route efficiency. Once scheduled, your delivery will occur on the same weekday each week.

  • No problem! Subscription tiers can be adjusted with at least 7 days notice prior to your next billing cycle.

  • Yes. All full-size cookies included in workplace subscriptions are individually wrapped, making them easy to share and perfect for professional environments.

  • Our standard turnaround time is 48-72 hours, based on availability and production schedule.


  • To maintain quality and consistency, we offer a limited number of weekly subscription slots. Once all spots are filled, new inquiries may be added to a waitlist.
